SHIPPING POLICY

All orders placed before 4pm PST Monday-Friday go out within the following two business days. Please reach out for expedited or international shipping.

REFUND PROCESS

Unopened items may be returned within 30 days. In order to speed up the process, send a note to hello@marchpartygoods.com and let us know it's coming.

USPS

Once your package is in USPS hands, it's out of our control. If you need more information from us for a claim, please contact us at hello@marchpartygoods.com

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Did you enter your Delivery address incorrectly? Uh oh! If you can contact us before 1pm PT the day of order, we can update that for you. However, if you did not realize your mistake or are late to contact us, please place a new order with the correct delivery address. Once your package is returned to us by the postal service, we will refund your original order.

HOLIDAY SEASON

Ordering during the holidays? Please keep in mind that all shipping services are delayed during busy season. Give yourself plenty of extra time to have your goodies delivered! We are not able to guarantee delivery. If you would like a guaranteed shipping time, choose UPS or USPS Express.
